Here is a strategy to win multiple thousands of souls into His Kingdom yearly.
Sampson caught 300 foxes and lit their tails on fire and loosed them to destroy the fields of the enemy.
The Lord clearly spoke to me about the planting of 300 evangelism teams within 300 churches along the Emerald Coast. Our little team of evangelists (averaging 4 people) prayed the prayer of salvation with over 4000 people in little over 3 years.
Having led 100’s of outreaches since with adults, children, elderly, the hispanic population not only in this country but in Mexico and the Dominican Republic I do understand that the key to a successful outreach initiative is:
- Stay faithful and consistent to a scheduled time
- Maintain unity in your team and message
- Share the simplicity of the gospel of Jesus Christ
- Enjoy that the harvest is white and ready for harvest
Statistics show that churches average that only about 2% of our congregations actively catch the fire and passion for soul winning and become regularly involved in going out.
Check this out, what if 2% of each of the individual 300 churches catches the vision for soul winning? Can you imagine the impact that the Lord could make in this region if 300 churches won and were personally responsible for 1000 souls every year!
Jesus was true in saying that the laborers are few and in all reality, I no longer get frustrated with this and have come to accept and expect this because as long as a few people within the local church catch the vision of winning souls, multitudes will be saved! Focus on the Few, they will carry the fire of God and lead many to Jesus.
I know that people criticize “numbers” in the church. They think that it is quality instead of quantity and these are the people that actually never get around to doing ANYTHING.. My favorite is “How do we know they are really saved?” Well how do you know you are saved? What we are after is sharing the gospel and them receiving an encounter with the Lord. EVEN IF OUR WAY is not “THE” WAY. My answer is Phillipians 1:18: What then? notwithstanding, every way, whether in pretence, or in truth, Christ is preached; and I therein do rejoice.
Anyway enough ranting, let's get back to the NUMBERS!.

If 20 churches do what we do 20,800 people get saved
If a church wins 20 people a week that’s 1020 people a year
If 50 churches did this that’s 52,000 salvation's a year
300 churches winning 10 people a week – 156,000 souls a year
300 churches winning 20 people a week – 321,000 souls a year
300 churches winning 40 people a week – 624,000 souls a year – that’s a city, people!
The plan that the Lord showed me is to basically take what we have freely received and give it to 300 churches. The ministry staff will be accountable to each of these churches, pastors, and leaders to support, encourage, equip and train them and their people to reach their city with the gospel of Jesus Christ. We are believing for the fire of God and souls, souls, souls! The heartbeat of God is SOULS, SOULS, SOULS!
