Dear Pastor or Church Leader,
Thank you for your consideration in hosting evangelistic outreaches. We are available to train, equip and lead an outreach at your church at no extra work, cost or time on yourself. At a scheduled time we will offer to those who would like to join us the option and opportunity to attend a short training and then to go out on the streets somewhere around your church! Our goal is to flawlessly work with you in setting this up. And at no extra charge, we will provide all of the outreach materials needed which which includes a flyer that highlights your church. From those who pray the prayer of salvation we will provide you with the prayer sheets for follow up and discipleship. The whole operation will take 6 hours, from 9am at arrival to 3pm when everything is completed. Our greatest desire is to establish an outreach team within your church and for your members to reach many souls for Jesus.
Soul winning is that which will count one hundred years from this moment; nothing else will. How many people can we take with us? Eternity is in our hearts. Will you help? We need laborers! Jesus said, “Say not ye, There are yet four months, and then cometh harvest? Behold, I say unto you, Lift up your eyes, and look on the fields; for they are white already to harvest.” We must rather pray the Lord of the harvest that He send forth laborers; you are an answer to the Lord of the harvest’s prayer. We are living in what I believe is the end of days and whole cities and towns will be shaken by the power of God and we are privileged to be a part of this end time harvest. Nations will be awakened and we will see the greatest harvest of souls and then King Jesus will return!
The Desired Goal
Saturate the Emerald Coast with the gospel of Jesus Christ from Pensacola to Panama City. To see the mass mobilization of the body of Christ operating in one mind, one purpose, totally devoted to the gathering of this end time harvest for the Lord of the harvest so that we can get the heaven out of here!
Strategic planning for your Church
Repeatedly reach the community around your church starting within a 1 mile radius
Spend 80% of outreach efforts in your city
Spend 20% in surrounding towns throughout the Emerald Coast
Support other outreach efforts in area churches who are reaching the lost
Visit all of the nursing homes within your local area
Initiate evangelistic outdoor crusades in neighborhoods of great need
Participate in community outreach efforts that promote the church and outreach events
How do you start an actively engaged outreach team within your church?
To fulfill Ephesians 4:12 is “to equip the saints for the work of ministry.” My desire is help your people be trained, equipped, mobilized and ignited on fire by demonstrating the power of the gospel while seeing that they can very powerfully be used by God. Soul winning is not a program; it is a passion. Soul winning is not an event; it is a lifestyle. Souls are the currency of Eternity. Your church is called to populate Heaven and plunder Hell.
YOUR PEOPLE WILL FULFILL THE GREAT COMMISSION. They will preach the gospel of Jesus Christ to the lost and through this they will see people experience a fresh touch of God through salvation, deliverance and healing.
YOUR PEOPLE’S HEARTS WILL BE SET ON FIRE. When a harvester leads a person to Jesus, cast out devils or witnesses people getting healed before their very eyes, they can’t help but be lit on fire for God.
YOUR CHURCH WILL BE IGNITED AND SET ON FIRE As your church members witness the passion and hear the reports of souls being won to Jesus on their streets they will catch and adapt the culture of soul winning. Your church will be known as a soul-winning church across this region
Getting Started
At your discretion the outreaches can be scheduled weekly, biweekly or monthly. I am available to assist you with every outreach. My goal is to identify and work with those who go out on the outreaches who are able and called to lead evangelistic outreaches independently. I will be physically there during the first outreaches and after this I will be available by phone or email. Consistency is the key, I will stay in touch with leadership, answering questions and working through any issues that might arise.
Plan of Action
Publicize outreach events through flyers and announcements one to two weeks before the event. If you feel it is needed, I am available to minister at any service on evangelism.
On the Soul-Saving Saturday this is what normally happens around 10:30 am.
- Training Session - 30-45 minutes
- Assign teams and team leaders
- Provide mapped out assignments
- Practice Soul-winning Script - 10 minutes
- Group prayer - 5+ minutes
- Engagement in Soul Winning - 1 hour & 30 minutes
- Meet and close out outreach - Gather, share testimonies, fill out reports & pray - 5+ minutes
During the following church service announce the soul count and allow for testimonies of outreach experiences to stir more interest. Publicize the next outreach through flyers and announcements

My Fee
Absolutely positively nothing! No matter how much work, planning or contacts. I am not expecting nor desire any type of compensation. Souls is the currency of heaven, this will be the payout for all of us!
Resources
Resources such as copy machines, an indoor meeting place or transportation for larger groups is greatly welcomed. These are usually the only expenses that would be involved. However, if any of these resources are not available we can certainly complete the outreach with no problems.
